Transport and postage
Goods sent to Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain.
When buying over 100 € postage is free.
Prague: The possibility of personal receipt of goods.
When paying by transfer, you can already paid for goods picked up in person at the store

If you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return it within 14 days after receiving your package.

Note that when an item is returned:
(1) We request that is still in its original packaging and has not been used, washed, damaged or have labels removed.
(2) Any item that does not meet these criteria can not be refunded. Make sure the returned items are packaged in ONE package.
(3) We suggest you make shipping with a tracking service in order to be able to control the returned items.

Once the products are received and processed, you will receive a refund for returned items.
We are not able to offer exchanges, so if you want to buy an alternative item, you must place a new order in our online store. We will be happy to refund shipping charges for a replacement item. Please let us know once you have placed a new order.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected back into the way you made the payment once the order has come to the store and has been inspected.
The costs for return.

ROMERO GEMA is not responsible for shipping charges that may occur in relation to the return of a product.

GEMA ROMERO make a reasonable effort to reimburse the cost of returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, up to 30 working days at the latest after receiving the returned products.

Reimbursement will be made in the method of payment used in the purchase order in question.

Note that any additional taxes or charges that may be incurred will not be reimbursed by GEMA ROMERO.

If any of the delivered goods were damaged or have manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at:, indicating the nature of the problem and (where possible) attach a photo of the defective item.
Redemption requests must be made within 14 days after receiving your order and subject to the return policy detailed above, otherwise such claim is permanently barred. We recommend that you keep your email with confirmation of purchase.
